Obituary
David V. Schultz of Monument Beach, avid sportsman and fisherman, died peacefully Sunday, July 3, 2011 after a long illness.
David was a 1961 graduate of Bourne High School, and retired as Senior MSGT for the 102nd FIW at Otis ANGB. He was also a special police officer for the town of Mashpee for over 20 years.
Visiting hours were held from 4 to 8 pm on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at the Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Boulevard in Bourne. Burial was in the Massachusetts National Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to Bridging the Years Supportive Day Scholarship, Bourne Council on Aging, 239 Main Street Buzzards Bay, MA 02532.
