Obituary
William Francis Blount, 50, of Pocasset died Nov. 5, 2014.
He graduated from Bourne High School in 1982 and received his Associate's degree from Cape Cod Community College, attending Disney University, in Orlando, as part of his college experience.
He worked for the Steamship Authority as an Able Body Seaman, and was the original owner of the Corner Cafe in Pocasset where he was the Chef.
In his spare time he enjoyed golf, and was an avid sports fan of all New England teams. He also loved dogs, especially his boxer "Brady."
A celebration of life was held at the Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home on November 12, 2014. A memorial service was held at noon.
