Joey Veater attended Bonanza High School in Las Vegas, NV.

I know that he passed in the summer of 1982, I saw him at a play in the high School auditorium, Joey was a great friend. And was able to put a smile on everyone's face. He will be greatly missed. I know that it has been a long time since Joey had passed but he is still worth remembering after all of these years.

I was with Joey that night in the auditorium, we were sitting next to each other and watched the play. He was indeed a great friend. I remember when I heard about him passing. It was the first week at school, and I couldn’t believe it, well the last thing he said to me was have a great summer and I will see you in the fall.
