Sandra Lee Martin, age 58, of Blacksburg died, Thursday, May 29, 2014 at her home. She was born in Radford, Va. on January 14, 1956. She was preceded in death by her father, Philip Martin. She received her B.A. degree and M.A. degree from Virginia Tech. She is survived by her mother, Lenore Criner Martin, sister, Catherine Martin, of Alexandria, Va., brothers, Philip Martin and Christopher Martin, both of Blacksburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carilion New River Valley Hospice 707 Randolph St. Suite 251 Radford, Va. 24141. At Sandra's request no services will be held.
