Randy Neptune, 66 of Penfield, Ohio passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026 at his daughter’s home, following a short bout with cancer.
He was born May 19, 1959 in Lodi, OH and grew up in Spencer, attending Black River Schools. Randy was a truck driver for Medina Supply and Trout Trucking. He loved golfing, farming, and spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed chai tea, good company, and watching old westerns.
He is survived by his former wife, Nina (Gobora); children, Josh, Jessica, and Jacob; grandchildren, Winifred, Alice, and Vivianne; brother, Rick; and extended family and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Neptune.

Visitation will be Friday, February 27, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Parker Funeral Home, 202 East Main St., Spencer, OH.
