| About Me | After college I moved to NY to pursue an airline career, eventually becoming part of the management team for Aer Lingus Irish Airlines at JFK Airport. There I met my Dutch husband, a manager for KLM who was temporarily stationed in NY, and moved to Dubai with him in 1993. We got married in Dubai and our son was born there. We returned to NY in 1996 and then were transferred to Chicago in 1998, and we’ve been in the Chicago area ever since.
