You can see the form on this website, but if you try to download, it will be very small. There is a Facebook page entitled "Bethel Park High School Class of '68 50th Reunion". If you go there, scroll down until you come to the post for the form. If it asks if you want to be a member, just reply yes and I will sign you in.

I sent in my check and RSVP a long time ago and my name does not have a green check mark. Can this be updated? I also know others attending and they do not have check marks either.

We are still working on getting this thing going! In the next few months we will have all the details about prices, times and the like.
