| About Me | Married to Marti (Gangluff) Carrell in 1973. We have two grown sons. Marti passed away in 2022, from Ovarian Cancer. I have been a celebrity bodyguard and security consultant, homicide detective with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, an adjunct faculty member in the Criminal Justice Program at Volunteer State Community College, near Nashville, TN. I am a public speaker, and author. I am an attorney, licensed to practice law in Tennessee. I am admitted to the practice of law in all Tennessee local and state courts, and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
