Justin was a standout athlete who played football basketball and track. He received the 12 sport award, and was an all-state player and in my eyes probably one of the best players ever to come out of Bellevue. His athletic ability, determination, and intensity was the best I have ever seen he could change a game on any play. He had great talent to help him as well but I think he could of done it with or without the help. He lead Bellevue East two straight years in to the playoffs and his senior year came up just short in the quarterfinals where he had an outstanding performance. This is why Justin Conley should be in the Hall of Fame at Bellevue East High School.
