Jim passed away November 5, 2014 at the age of 60. He was raised in Fair Oaks, Ca., and attended Bella Vista High School and CSU, Sacramento. He is survived by his father Fred Boucher, children Orion and Chloe Boucher, and four sisters. Jim spent his career working for the National Parks Service and the Bureau of Land Management.
