About Me	I'm a Retired Music Specialist of 23.5 years. I had been a successful teacher all those years. The last school year 2011-2012 affected me greatly causing my illness to have an effect at the workplace. I was diagnosed with Severe BiPolar Disorder/Anxiety in September of 2011. Prior to that I was given the same diagnosis back in August of 2002 but did not believe it, and more so after the psychiatrist signed me off to another psychaitrist saying, "Well, I had to diagnose you with something. HCPS wanted me to prove you to be incompetent!" What would you think? Since my illness has caused enough damage to not allow me to teach in the classroom, I have given up against all odds. So I have applied for Disability Retirement and Disability SSI as advised by my three lawyers. Now it's the waiting game and the paper shuffle. I'm already over the this f...(read more)
