Army, 4 Years
Communications, radio operator, retrans operator, Company Commander's secretary and driver. Honorable discharge as a Specialist 4. I lived and traveled most of the East Coast, and I went overseas to Germany for two years which I drove my jeep all over Germany. I also visited several other countries.

1983-1992, US Army Military Police; 1984-Attended DLI-FLC in Monterey, learned Russian. 1986-1991 worked at Checkpoint Alpha, Helmstedt GE as Interpreter,Liason with Soviet Army in East Germany. Participated in the closing of the Soviet Army Checkpoint when Germany unified. 1992-Joined the 91ST INF DIV HQ, USAR, FT Baker, CA,; 1996 -Became member of the 223rd MI Bn of California National Guard. 2001-served in Hungary/Croatia/Bosnia as part of SFOR 10; 2002-2004-worked a project for California National Guard and Homeland Defense at Edwards AFB Intel Office; 2004-2005- Operation Iraqi Freedom; 2005-Retired

Our Banning High School military alumni are some of the most outstanding people we know and this page recognizes them and everything they have done! Not everyone gets to come home for the holidays and we want our Banning High School Military to know that they are loved and appreciated.
