After serving two years as an active duty Navy chaplain, served 26 more years as a ready reservist chaplain. A CO three times, regional senior chaplain once, senior reserve chaplain for LANT FLT Operational Ministries, and senior reserve chaplain for the Atlantic Fleet. Numerous other sea and shore billets. On 9/11 was ordered to active duty to minister to commands and families who lost loved ones in the attack on the Pentagon. Retired in 2002 as an O6, Navy captain.

Loved every minute, but was away from family too much at times. My H.S. education at City was instrumental to any accomplishments I may have been credited with. Now a retired Municipal and state executive in Alaska. Currently attempting to catch every salmon that passes my fishing boat. Go City ! Beat Poly
