| About Me | I am a retired school teacher. After dropping out of KC I spent a few months in Camp Owens and then joined the Army and spent two years in France. I then graduated from BC an then to Sacramento State from which I graduated in 1961. I then went to McGeorge School of Law for one year. I returned to Sacramento State and graduated with my Masters and teaching certificate. After teachibg in Bakersfield for two years I spent four years teaching on Guam. Next I went to Eugene, Oregon and earned a PhD then we were off to American Samoa for three years working in the schools there. I then spent four years at the University of Hawaii followed be one year on Saipan as Vice President at Northern Marianas Community College.
