The class of 1969 experienced history on a regular basis: The Summer of Love, the Tet Offensive, Nixon's rise to power, The Beatles' creative peak... very few spans of time can claim to have shaped American culture as much as the late 60's, and you & your Avon Lake High School classmates experienced it together.

Hi. this is patti (foulkes) wolfe. I was really excited to come back to Avon Lake for our 50th class reunion. but life throws MONKEY WRENCHS in our plans. Well we were throne 2 big gorillas. Last month Denny (my husband of 48 years) found out he had non hopkins lympha for the 2nd time.surgery went well and so did the radiation treatments. well yesterday he went in for surgery to put 2 stints in his heart. Those darn Gorellas hit hard. He has to have open heart surgery. a triple heart bypass surgery on May 22 2019, next week.Can't travel. It's hard but he is the love of my life and we have God on our side! Sure we are disappointed but you all have a great time! Please say a few prayers our way. Oh boy I am not shy any more!! After being a nurse for years (and loving every minute) I am now known as PEPPERMINT PATTI A CLOWN. GOD HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR. Love patti

We'll start our celebration at Frank (Tom) Lee's house on Friday evening around 7 PM with an informal gathering...BYOB and something to share. We'll have the paper products.
If you are interested in playing golf with other classmates on Saturday AM at Sweetbriar Golf Club, please contact Cass Conaway (cassconaway@gmail.com or 303-674-5626) or Frank Lee (fastfrank1951@gmail.com or 440-541-4363) no later than March 15. The cost of this event is NOT included in the reunion cost listed.
Saturday evening will be the "big" event at Legacy Restaurant & Grill at Sweetbriar Golf Club. We'll gather at 4:30 PM for "heavy" hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar and lots of time to catch up with each other.
The cost for this celebration is $45 per person...
