About	Thomas Rodney Owen Jr. The family of Thomas Rodney Owen Jr. of Bullhead City, AZ is heartbroken to announce his sudden passing on Friday July 8th, 2022. Tom was born April 1, 1944 in Lakewood, Ohio. Most of Toms youth involved sports. Baseball,football and basketball. Tom graduated from Avon Lake High school in 1962 where he excelled at sports. His education continued at Wittenberg University and THE Ohio State Law school where he received his law degree. Tom also followed in his father’s footsteps serving in the Military, US Army reserves 1969-1975. Tom loved all sports and especially enjoyed coaching his children’s teams. Tom spent most of his professional career working for Clark Equipment Company and Kimberly Clark. After his retirement he found his way out west to Arizona. Tom enjoyed golfing, working on home improvement projects, fishing, golfing and watching sports. Especially THE Ohio State Buckeyes. Tom enjoyed spending holidays with his family. Tom was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Virginia. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife Karen Owen whom he adored. His children Jeffery Owen (Jerrilyn Owen), daughter Julie Owen. His siblings Virginia Schwarz (Larry Schwarz ) Nevada, Sister Patricia (Pat) Moffatt, Columbus, Ohio and brother Tim E. Owen (Dianna Owen ) Avon Lake. Great-grandchildren, Grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews. And several lifelong friends. Tom was a friend to all and will truly be missed. A service will take place in Ohio at a later date.
