Tom enjoyed his classmates and friends and strived to stay in touch. He played on Avon's first football team, and often played in the band during football half time. After half time Tom went back out on the field to finish the last half of the game. Tom learned to love golf by being on Avon's first golf team. We will always remember his crazy stories (ex. the liberated bowling ball), his wonderful humor, his readiness to help a friend in need and his sense of fairness. Although the candle is no longer lit, the glow still lingers.
