Bruce was born May 1, 1952 to Lowell and Orlie May (Farr) Haug. He graduated in 1970 at Austin High School. On September 21, 1983 Bruce Haug married Jean E. and they had three children: Patrick; David; and Kathleen. He was living in Marshall Minnesota when he passed away on June 24, 2005, He is buried at Marshall Cemetery, Marshall MN.
