Charles McDowell age 23 passed away on March 4, 1975. He was born in Preston Minnesota to Harold and Florence McDowell on November 25,1951. He graduated in 1970 from Austin High School. Charles McDowell was in the US Air Force and served in Vietnam. He is buried in Grandview Cemetery, in Austin Minnesota.
