About Me	After junior college basketball coaching, I joined the Air Force, working as a base recreation officer at Thule Airbase, Greenland. After I got out, my wife, Mitzi, our four sons and I moved to Cairns, Australia to set-up a emu export business. That didn't work out (experience is what you get right after you needed it), so we got into chocolate covered bug and worm exports in 2005, and that's a great success!
