I was sorry to hear of Anson's passing. I think that he was the first person that I met at Aurora HS. I didn''t know anyone because we moved to Aurora from Denver after attending Hill Jr. High. I always thought he had an unusual name and it took me awhile to remember it. As a sophomore in 1962 my first period class was PE with Coach Magurie. Anson was sitting next to me on the bleachers. He was very friendly and knew many people and he was very easy to like. My condolences to his family. RIP Anson.
