Class of 1989

A former registered nurse, Tina Hanyen decided to finally chase down a goal she had set for herself well before graduating from SRU in 1989 and write a book. As of May 01 of 2011, that goal became a reality with the publication of "Emily's Robert E." This was a story whose time was well over-due. "How long are people supposed to remember when somebody dies chasing the freedoms and rights we all enjoy in this country and by whose standards?" Emily's Robert E. is not the typical tactical story about war nor is it a love-story of the routine sense.
