Brandi Sickinger
Class of 2002
Navy, 9 Years
BM2 (SW) Sickinger served in the United States Navy from June 2002 through April 2011. She went through Boot Camp in Great Lakes, Illinois and was first stationed on the USS Sacramento out of Bremerton, Washington. After the ship decommissioned in 2004, she was transferred to San Diego, California, where she worked at Naval Base, San Diego and later aboard the USS Comstock. She finished her time at Afloat Training Group before being honorably discharged.

Initially assigned as an administrative specialist to a fighter wing in Germany, he volunteered as a part-time radio broadcaster for AFRTS. During 12 years as a recruiter, he signed up everybody from high school grads to physicians. As a master sergeant assigned to Travis AFB, CA he managed a 36-page weekly newspaper and acted as a spokesperson for the public affairs office during the first Gulf War.
