Fred Bortolin was reported to be deceased in 2024 on two web sites which are linked below. Ancestry.com does not have any information about Fred except that he was married to Marjorie A. Connell at one time. She is reported to have passed away in 1996. On the Neptune Society obituary, there is one remembrance that states "Stephanie" was his widow.
