Dixie Learn Schoch, who was born in Texas, passed away in 2014 in Byron, California. She left behind grieving family members and dear school friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Pete Schoch, who died in 2003. Dixie is survived by two sons and four grandchildren. From another site: Jack F. Nix was born on May 23, 1926. He married Dixie A. Learn on June 23, 1966, in San Mateo, California. He died on October 4, 2011, in Oakland. Mr. Nix is interred in the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery that is located in Dixon. He served in the navy in WW2.
