Susan was a 1971 classmate until her family moved to Minnesota before her class' graduation. Her sister, Shirley, shared these details: "Sue passed away from diabetic keto acidosis - she had a pacemaker operation a month or two before she died - not sure she ever really recovered from that. She attended and was a counselor for years at Bearskin Meadow Camp for kids with diabetes."
