Here is some of Bob's obituary: Mr. Foley is survived by his wife of 19 years, Guadalupe; son, Daniel of Grass Valley, mother, Janette Foley of San Mateo, brother James Foley of Santa Rosa, brother Richard Foley of Springfield, Oregon, sister and brother-in-law Patricia and Harold Shell of San Ramon, brother and sister-in-law Michael and Christi nee Foley of Paris, France and sister and brother-in-law Jeremy and Jeff Needham of Emerald Hills."
