About Me	Too many things to mention. Worked at Farmland Foods for 24 years, starting as a line worker, then to QA Inspector, Supervisor in the Process department, now a Research Scientist in Sales and Marketing Product Development area at Farmland. Was Married and Divorced, have 4 children of my own and 2 step-daughters, 2 grandsons. We do everything, we are always busy, we have a multitude of friends from everywhere. We make yearly trips to Amarillo, TX, Arkansas, Missouri where our families from farther away are located. Keeping up with our 6 kids keeps us very busy. In the summer time I barrel race in the District 1 NBHA, where this year I was the District 1 4D Champion. We bowhunt, shotgun hunt, and rifle hunt deer, elk, pheasant, and turkey. My dream hunt will either go to Canada and hunt with Jim Shockey or to the Milk River, Montana and hunt whitetail. Also, a friend and I may go to the NBHA World Champoinship finals in Augusta, Georgia next year. My 4 children are Missy, 28 years old, she is an Activity Recreational Director for Meadowview and Ridgeview Retirement facilities in Cedar Rapids, Ia., she is getting married on October 25th to Chris McClure who has one son Tyler, from Kalona. BJ is 25, he is working for the National Park Service as Architectual Historian out of Omaha, currently working on his Thesis for his Masters in History, and going back to school at Dana to get his Education Certificate and would like to teach History and coach Soccer. BJ is married to Jennifer Thede, who teaches K-12 Art at Elkhorn, IA. Josh. 20, is currently working at FAC in Arcadia, farms with his dad, AI's cattle for a number of people in the spring, has a serious girlfriend, Jessica Kragel, who goes to school at ISU in Agronomy. Shane, 18, is currently in school at Kirkwood Communtiy College, majoring in Education and hopes to transfer to ISU in 2 years and continue on to be an AG. Teacher. My step daughter Jessica, 19, lives in Maryville, MO and works there also, Michelle is finishing her Senior year in Highschool in Hopkins, MO, has a son 11 months old, and works for Houston's in Hopkins. Her plans are to go into nursing after highschool. My Husband Ron works as a supervisor also at Farmland Foods, his passion is of course, hunting, he has passed on the p...(read more)
