Monica was on the swim team for a season and enjoyed high school life.
She had many friends including Maureen Davis, Jonelle Stiegel, Steve (Ike) Isaacson, and Bruce Kemp.
Jim and Rochelle Landy were foster parents and adopted Monica after high school.

Dale Gross '75 said:
I shot this photo of Monica on a little trip we took out to St. John’s. We walked the trail out to the old chapel on the lake shore. It was a good day. Monica was a good friend but had a troubled soul.
I can still remember my mother calling me to tell me of her passing.
RIP Monica.
