Carmillia Mary Grimes was born on June 5, 1952 at the Columbia Hospital for Women, Washington, DC, and passed away on October 18, 2021, at age 69, at the Holy Cross Hospital, Silver Spring, Maryland.
She attended Spelman College and Bakersfield College; served in the United States Army Nursing Corps; and, was employed by the Potomac Electric Power Company and the United States Department of the Treasury.
Carmillia Mary leaves, to cherish her memory: daughter, Stephanie Nichole Dunn, 1974+ and Anthony G Dunn, 1950+; son Jason Hester and daughter Jennifer Hester; brothers & sisters, cousins, nieces & nephews, and a host of friends.
