Class of 1993
I am Secretary of Rolling Thunder Chapter 9 Cincinnati Ohio. We are a non-profit organization to promote POW/MIA awareness. We volunteer in the community in many ways. We have picnics for Veterans in Ft Thomas, feed meals to Veterans in Cincinnati once a month, participate in Rolling Thunder demonstration in Washington DC every memorial weekend. We have fundraisers to support Christmas in July at the VA center. We support local non-profit organizations as well with attending thier ride events and activities. We are doing fund raising at the Amelia Walmart April 6th and 20th. Will also have a Spaghetti Dinner on the 20th at the VFW in Loveland to raise money for our meals at the VA medical center in Clifton. It is nice to do something that is bigger than yourself for other people. Let's the Veterans know we still care and will continue to care of the sacrifices they have made for our benefit. While we sleep at home they fight for our freedom. The least we can do is tell them how much we appreciate all they have done for us. Every persons story is different but they are all unique and deserve to be heard. Thank a Veteran today!
