About Me	Finally retired after many years as a clergyman, psychotherapist, and chaplain on cruise ships, Garner Scott Odell and his wife have traveled over a million ocean miles to 176 countries and now has turns his passion to writing novels. After writing a successful historical novel, Sir David: The Life and Loves of a Welsh Knight, his written pages now open to The Gemstone Thriller Series, surrounding the lust and intrigue of beautiful "rocks". The first novel in this series, Emerald, is just off the Mirador Publishing presses, the second, Diamond, is in the final editing stage, and the third, Ruby, is winding its way through the author’s devious mind. Garner lives in Fresno with his wife Grace, also a published writer surrounded far and wide with children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
