About Me	I graduated from college at Arkansas Tech with a degree in parks and rec. After graduation I went to work as an interpreter at Petit Jean State Park. After working there for 3 years I met my husband, Scott Saunders. In 1988 we married and moved to Lakeside, Arizona. After living there for 2 years we returned to Arkansas and I began a job as a law enforcement officer with the US Forest Service. In 1996 my daughter Carrie was born. At that time we opted for me to become a stay at home mom. In 1998 my son Corey was born and shortly after we moved to Waldron. After staying at home for 10 years, in the fall of 2007 I began working as a para-professional at the Waldron Middle School. In the fall of 2008 I was accepted into the non-traditional licensure program with the Department of Education. I teach alternative education at the Waldron Middle School.
