Class of 1978
Air Force, 5 Years
Served as a Personnel Specialist at Rhein Main AB West Germany for 5 glorious years. Experienced Terrorism first hand in August of 1985 when the Red Army Faction group, German, used a car bomb to blow up our Headquarters building and two people died that day. I would of been one of them, if I hadn't been in the car accident in Frankfurt the night before.12 hours almost exactly to the time the bomb went off and blew a huge hole in the side of my building where I would of parked my German bike outside on the bike rack. It went off at 07:15 am and was suppose to be 07:30 am for more soft targets and impact. God saved my life by having me be in a car accident the night before. I am forever grateful to our Lord. I was in ICU in Edwards Army Hosptial where Elivis Presley was stationed in the 1950's for 12 days with 7 broken ribs and a lung contusion, but I survived thanks be to God. I served one year in in-active reserves as a pregnant mother to be. Best job of my life.
