Hunter Exline Starr enlisted into the Army, 10 September 2013 as a Specialist. After graduating Initial Entrance Training February 2014, he first reported to his DEARNG unit after an additional 2 months of advanced training in Infantry and Domestic Operations Tactics. SPC Exline Starr was named Soldier of the Year for the Delaware Army National Guard in 2015.
