1. We have secured meeting space at The Long Branch in Cedar Rapids for the evening of Saturday, August 2, 2014.
2. Keep it simple – Class of '69 only will be gathering around 6:30p to enjoy heavy appetizers and refreshments in a buffet, cocktail/mingle type setting.
3. Because this has been something that has been strongly suggested, often and by many since our super fun 40th reunion, we are going to open the doors around 8p for any other class who would like to join the party. Yup, it’s “All In” from that point on. Be sure and invite your siblings and friends from other classes. We’d love to see all our friends from our AHS days!
If you have any idea who else you have invited that might be attending (siblings, other classes) PLEASE give us an idea – to help with our planning.
4. We have the room until midnight, but fear not, there is Karaoke in the hotel bar until 2a – for you “singers and dancers” in the crowd.
Rick Jedlicka has volunteered to “herd the cats” here so he’ll be in charge of the communicating to gather head counts and such as this draws nearer.

Save 6/12 and 6/13/09. Here are tentative plans: Friday night, Class of 1969 (and guests) meet for casual dinner at Longbranch in Cedar Rapids. Saturday, there is an Annual Alumni Day in Alburnett where all alum are invited. We will advise as plans progress so Save The Dates!
