Charles B. Bruning of Barker, NY entered into rest on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. He was born in Medina, NY on January 3, 1959, the son of the late Arnold R. Bruning and Dorothy Sahm Bruning. Charles was the Owner/Operator of Bruning Truck and Auto Garage. He enjoyed hunting, reloading, auto mechanics, snap on and collecting stamps and coins.
Stepfather of Christopher and Kyle Dennis. Brother of Kevin (Elaine) Bruning, Michele (Maynard) Carmer, Clara Hobba, Herman Bruning and the late Ethan Bruning. Also survived by 6 step grandchildren, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
Family and friends may call at the Rutland-Corwin Funeral Home, Inc. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 3-6pm where a memorial service will be held at 6pm. Donations collected by the family will go to the NRA where he was a lifetime member.
