About Me	Following High School I continued working for Denny's Restaurant in Agoura and attended Pierce College. I then transferred to BYU in Utah, where I met my husband and was married in 1971. Although he was from Utah we moved to Canago Park California where we bought our first home, I continued school at Northridge Cal State and we had our first 2 children. With his work with Chevron Oil we had an opportunity to purchase a station in Provo Utah and move back to his home town. Over the next few years we have 4 more children, purchased two more gas stations and I started a video/electronics/ print store and a fabric craft store in Utah County. Later my husband was hired by Utah Corrections. In 1990 we bought a large portion of land in cental Utah's canyons and my husband took a transfer to that area. I decided to go through the police academy and was hired by Utah Corrections also. For the last 20 years I have worked my way up throught he ranks, now as a Captain being assigned to the Warden and Deputy Warden Office. We have also raised our 6 children, all married and on their own. We have also been licensed through the State as Foster Parents and have cared for 35 more high structure children over the past 10 years We add running a farm and a number of hobbies to that list, plus staying active serving in our church.
