About Me	Moved to San Francisco, met and married Blake Lund, moved back to Omaha to accept teaching position at Brownell-Talbot; changed to Lewis Central High and then Ralston High school for 21 years. Took students on 23 trips to French Canada or France, retired from high school teaching and accepted adjunct faculty at Creighton (9th year). Was named Teacher of the Year, 1976 at Brownell; Nebraska Language Teacher of the Year, 1984; twice Runner up for State Teacher of the Year (1995, 2000); Nebraska French Teacher of the Year (1996); Ralston district secondary educator of the Year (1996) and in 1998 was awarded an honorary knighthood from the government of France, their highest education h...(read more)
