Willie married Gary Hough on June 12, 1987 in Council Bluffs . She was a foster parent for Jackson County, Missouri. She was preceded in death by by her father, Lawrence Richards; sons,CJ and Ivan and a daughter, Jeni Randolph. Willie is survived by her husband Gary Hough; sons, Carl and Kenny Randolph;daughters, Kimberly Striplin and Kaylynn Randolph; 7 grandchildren; mother, Flora Richards; children, Michael,Gary, Jr.,Floria, Roy, twins Spencer and Sawyer and Andy; siblings John, Anna,Carlos, Ernest, Larry Jr. , Roy, Frances, Sheri and.
