Nikki was preceded in death buy her mother, Dalys Johnson, on April 12 2008.She is survived by her daughter, Hannah Ford;father, Merle Johnson both of Council Bluffs; 3 grand dogs, Hugo, Levi and Bentley; sister Leslie Johnson Shively and husband Thomas of W Des Moines, Iowa; brother,Greg Johnson and wife Janie of Carmel, Indiana; many nieces and nephews
