Come and enjoy Alumni Day in the Pak. This event is for all alumni living here and/or visiting Weaverville for the 4th of July celebration. If you want to make contact with someone that was (or was not) from your class; see a favorite teacher; visit an old friend or their parents. This is the place to be!
This annual event has become an important part of the 4th of July celebration. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend – you will see classmates, friends, THS teachers and parents. Wear your red and white as we again put our hearts together.
If you have any THS memorabilia or pictures, please bring them along to share. The THS Alumni, the THS Booster Club, and the THS Scholarship Foundation will have information available regarding their organizations. Below is an order of events.

2014 red-white dinner program sports hall of fame
help celebrate this year's 2014 Sports Hall of Fame by attending the 6th annual red-white dinner program 35 dollars for a clamper steak or chicken dinner call 5306234000 molly simmons contos for dinner res 200 seats limited 7 athletes, a great basketball team and local organization including a super coach and volunteer driver and scorekeeper to go in.

2012 sports hall of fame inductees
october 20 2012 the fourth red-white dinner honoring inductees into the trinity high school sports hall of fame will take place at the cd hall beginning at 5 pm donations for the steak or chicken dinner program is $35 dollars this year with the proceeds going to sports and other school programs as well as alumni scholarships..this year four 500 dollars ones to deserving students.
lisa kelley, lisa edwards, tanya edwards, harmony mezo and amiee fackrell are the women inductees while the men include scotty large, harold haws, darrell tyacke, david klipp, alex mc bath and eric keating. coaches include dave mcgrath and kyle davis with carl bonomini being a conntributor to the athletic programs. posthumous include larry large, ken anderson, lewis mc carthy and ben and mellanie wellock. the 1982-3 girls basketball team is also being niducted....BE THERE.................. limited SALES BEGIN SEPTEMBER 1
Join the alumni assoc.
The THS Alumni Association has been approached by the school to help fund the athletic fund for the next few years due the lack of funding by the State. Although we make a few dollars at the Hall of Fame Banquet, it is not nearly enough.
An idea has emerged which may help. A proposal to ask alumni to pay yearly dues based on the year they graduated from Trinity.
Example, if you graduated in 1965, your yearly dues would be $19.65. If you graduated in 2010, your dues would be $20.10.
Of course this would be a voluntary contribution and would help trememdously.
The Board of Trustees has recently suspended all coaches pay and transportation for athletic events. Most of the existing coaches are coaching next year as a volunteer and trying to secure volunteer drivers to athletic events.
The alumni assoc. would like to hear some feedback about this proposal or any ideas to help offset costs for athletics.

Saturday, June 30th will be the 4th annual ths alumni golf tournament at the trinity alps golf course. Reserve your spot early as last year was sold out. More to come regarding price and other details.

Alumni Scholotship
The THS Alumni Assoc. is awarding its first scholorship to a gradiating senior in the spring of next year. We are fortunate to have raised enough money at our hall of fame banquet along with some generous donations to be able to offer a $1000 scholorship for this year. HOF Another Success
The Second annual hall of fame banqujet and induction ceremonies on Oct. 23 was a huge success with approx. 270 attendies. Many friends were re=united and fun was had by all. Those attending included former coaches John McCargh and John Ratliff along with Tom Clark. Notable athletes included Ward Walsh and Johnny Bentley along with Denice Suhay. Fun was had by all and a wonderfull dinner was prepared by members of E Clampus Vitus. Stay tuned for next years event.
