In Memory of

June Belle (Worth) Nighsonger, 77, of Zion, IL went to be with her Heavenly Father on, May 30, 2013, at Hospice Alliance House in Kenosha, WI. She was born on June 11, 1935 in Waukegan, IL. Her family moved to Zion when she was young where she lived the rest of her life. She graduated from Zion Benton Township High School in 1953. In 1957, she married Thomas Nighsonger also from Zion. Following high school, June worked at Warwick Electronics for many year as a clerk/typist. She then spent 27 years of service at Jewel Osco Grocery Store in Zion and retired in 1999 following an illness. She was an active member of Grace Missionary Church for more than 30 years. June was a faithful wife, loving mother, aunt and grandmother. She enjoyed being with family, friends and attending church gatherings. She had a great memory and a wonderful sense of humor. She was a sweet, humble person and will be missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her daughter Diana (Michael) Rehbein of Neenah WI, and son Doug Nighsonger of Zion, IL; grandson Dylan Rehbein and granddaughter Austin Rehbein of Neenah, WI; niece Michele (Terry) Callahan and nephew Richard (Kari) Mulroney of Kearney, NE. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas, parents Irving Worth and Florence Sexton Worth and siblings LaVonne Mulroney and Freddie Worth.
