Marsha Arlene Keske, nee McKean, 82 of Kenosha, Wisconsin, passed away on November 12, 2023 in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Marsha was born in Waukegan in 1941 and was a graduate of Zion Benton Township High School in 1959. She married her husband Richard Keske on September 1, 1962 at Christ Community Church. Before becoming a mother and grandmother, Marsha was a secretary for Abbott Laboratories.
Marsha was a member of Grace Missionary Church in Zion. She was an active, faithful follower of Christ. She loved attending Bible studies, helping prepare holiday meals in the church kitchen and volunteering her time and talents whenever the opportunity would arise. She had the beautiful gift of love and acceptance for the underprivileged and uniquely abled and was able to make each one feel valued, loved and part of her family. Marsha also loved the outdoors. Growing up in Winthrop Harbor in a small log cabin helped to foster that love. Summer camping trips were always met with small outdoor adventures along the way.
Marsha is survived by her children, Scott (Pam) Keske, Dawn (Gary) Grant, Beth (Jason) Klawonn; daughter-in-law Amy Keske; grandchildren, Allyse (Tony) Roberts, Alexander Keske, Aleah Keske, Brandon Grant, Shannon (Dan Frentzel) Grant, Spencer Keske, Jackson Keske, Carter Keske, Casey Klawonn, Cailin (Andrew) Becker; 2 great-grandchildren, Hadley Hively, Till Roberts; nephews, Ryan (Jill) Cook, Patrick (Zara Dittman) Cook, Shane (Kristin) Cook; and beloved great nieces and nephews, Gabi Cook, Marlow and Elowyn Cook and Cross Cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Keske, son Brett Keske; sister Marlyn Cook; and her parents Duffy and Norma McKean.
