Events	Billy “Bill” Davis of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois passed away May 21, 2022, at home. Billy was born in Camden, Tennessee January 13, 1939, to Joe and Stella Davis. Billy married Beverly Klemp July 22, 1967, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He attended Zion-Benton Township High School. Billy was a Carpenter by trade and retired from it. He was a member of the “Wild Hogs” and the Friendship CB Club. He loved to take trips on his motorcycle with his wife, Bev, his many friends, and many times on his own. He could build and fix anything you asked him to. His work and craftsmanship are well known throughout Lake County. He was a devoted husband, father, friend, and Papa. His legacy will live on for many years to come. Billy is survived by his wife, Bev Davis; son, Joe Davis; daughter, Carla (Kevin) Weide; grandson, Peyton Weide; granddaughter, Taylor Weide and Amanda Weide and niece, Dee Dee Davis-Wright. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Stella Davis; brother, Jim Davis and sister-in-law, Julie Davis. Services will be private for the family
