James A. Brock, 73, of Kenosha, WI formerly of Winthrop Harbor, IL passed away on October 2, 2024 in Milwaukee, WI.
James was born on January 26, 1951 in Kenosha, WI the son of Reginald and Mary Ellen (Gilroy) Brock.
He graduated from Zion Benton High School, and worked at Estes Truck Company as a truck driver. James had a love and talent for playing guitar starting at the age of nine he played in numerous bands throughout his life, with his cousin Tommy. His guitar collection grew as he played throughout his life to a total of twelve guitars. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR, racing sprint cars at Wilmot Speedway, and watching world of outlaws cars , but did not like right hand turns.
He is survived by his beloved, Linda Fox; children, Dave (Danielle) Burgdorf, Jerry (Maria) Fox, Barbara Fox (Giovanni Vargas); grandchildren, Gerardo, Marianna, Isabella, Landen, Ian, and Hailey; sister Janice Allred; niece Alison; special cousin Tommy (Terry) Rutledge; cousins John (Pam) Rutledge, TJ (Carrie) Rutledge, Todd (Meryl) Rutledge, Don (Kayla) Nichols; and great nieces and nephews, Christopher, Alissa, Brandon, and Jared; step siblings, Diane Hudson, and Kim Green.
James is preceded in death by his parents; and step-mom Mary Lou Brock
