In Memory of

Rhonda S. Bell, 77, of Beach Park, IL passed away surrounded by her family on February 19, 2025 in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
She was born on March 26, 1947 in Orange, Texas the daughter of James and Eleanor (Desjardins) Stevens.
Rhonda graduated from Zion Benton High school where she met Jack R. Bell. Shortly after high school they married in 1966 in Zion, IL. Rhonda worked at various jobs as a waitress, school bus driver, and Abbott Laboratories, before deciding to stay home and attend to her family. She was a member of the Red Hat Society. In her spare time she read books, watched western movies, made ornaments, and dolls, and went on nature walks. She loved beaches and often traveled to Illinois State Beach Park, Florida, or Alabama to visit the Gulf of Mexico. Her loving and generous personality will be greatly missed.
Rhonda is survived by her loving husband, Jack R. Bell; son, Benjamin (Amy) Bell; grandchildren, Rebecca Bell, and Bradley Bell; and cousin Steven Obay.
