About	Sandra Ann Kern, age 65, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Froedtert South-Pleasant Prairie Campus. Born on July 31, 1955, Sandra was the daughter of late Eugene and Virginia (Riske) Rawhoof. Sandy was a member of the 1973 class of Zion Benton High School. She graduated from Sawyer Business School of Waukegan in 1975 and was employed in North Chicago by DayTar Industries Public housing for persons with disabilities. On July 16, 1983, she was united in marriage to Gary Kern. Sandra moved from Illinois to Kenosha 31 years ago. She was later employed as a lunchroom attendant (also known as the superhero) for Lincoln Middle School for 25 years. She enjoyed spending time with her four grandchildren, traveling with family, taking care of her amazing husband, going out on lunch dates with her friends. Most of all she loved spending time with her son Travis and daughter-in-law Dasha. She will be remembered as a caring mother to all. Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Gary Kern; her children, Travis (Dasha) Kern and Dale Kern; her grandchildren, Saffire Kern, Brooklyn Hubbard, Jaxin and Robert Kern. Her in law siblings Ruthie (Danny) Teige, Connie (Garry) McCombs, Sherry Phistry and Robert P. Kern as wel as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and close family friends that she loved dearly.
