Stephen “Louie” Brown, 63, of Kenosha, WI passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at his home.
Born September 4, 1955 in Waukegan, IL to Franklin and Jacqueline Brown he was also a resident of Zion, IL and Lakeland, FL. He worked as a Journeyman Electrician, a member of IBEW 150, and a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Zion, IL. His family meant the world to him and he adored his nieces and nephews. He was an extreme conversationalist with his friends and devoted his full attention to them. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, gymnastic athleticism and big heart. His family is comforted knowing that he is in his Heavenly Home reunited with his father, Franklin Louis Brown.
Louie is survived by his mother, Jacqueline; siblings, Robert (Georgia) Brown, Peggy Brown Welch, Alan (Kris) Brown, David (Shirley) Brown and Tim Brown; and several nieces and nephews.
