About	Zanesville - Chad M. Foster, 37, of Zanesville, died at 4:35 P.M. on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus. He was born July 18, 1980, in Zanesville, a son of Dave L. and Susan Thorburn Foster. He had been employed as an imaging technician with Genesis Health Care and was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church. Chad loved to play board games, video games, and doing puzzles. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Kelly L. Samson Foster, who he married June 21, 2003; two children, Olivia and Alyssa Foster; a brother, Clayton (Perry) Foster; paternal grandmother, Ruth E. Foster; and many extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by paternal grandfather, James B. Foster and maternal grandparents, Paul and Audrey Thorburn. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 2215 Citygate Drive Suite A, Columbus, Ohio 43219 Friends and family may call from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Monday, February 12, 2018 and one hour prior to the funeral service to be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Rev. Terry D. Newman officiating. He will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
